Here in your very first stage, we'll dive into the key information that builds out who you are and what your course is. This includes your niche, your ultimate transformation, the name of your course, the product you sell - all the foundations!
You'll look at your place in the market and even determine your course price. We'll reveal our unique signature sales model, and determine your signature offer. To round out the stage, we'll go through your core messaging strategy, so you can become a pro at communicating what you do!
Now for the most exciting bit! You'll take your work from stage one, and begin to plan and build your online course! We'll show you how to build a logical and cohesive curriculum, how to design support, bonuses and inclusions into your course design the smart way. To shortcut your work, we'll hand over our templates for course design. This includes done-for-you slide packs, welcome booklets, worksheet templates and more.
From there, you'll create your assets, film your first few videos, and build out your online course hosting platform. By the end of stage two? You'll have created the first 1/3 of your online course, all neatly packaged inside of your platform, ready for your pilot students.
Woo! It's time to officially launch your brand-spankin'-new program! The first time you offer your course will be in pilot mode so you can test your course in a beta round format. We'll show you how to secure your first, paying pilot round students. You'll be focusing on intentionally filling your pilot round with just a handful of students. Your pilot round will give you the chance to test and perfect your product live.
In this stage you'll be onboarding your first cohort (plus building your bank account!) ready for action!
You'll move past your pilot round and start to set up your business for the future. You'll be taking what you've learnt from your pilot to create a high-powered and automated sales system. You'll go from a pilot round with a few manual processes to a well-oiled and mostly automated business that you can start to sell on repeat.
In this stage, we're focusing on our systems, automations and our sales assets. You'll really start to see your course come together. By the end of this stage you'll have a beautiful sales page set up, your email marketing system in place (complete with our automated email sequences) and all the processes you need to onboard and support students on repeat, round after round.

It's time to get eyeballs on your course, and lots of them! In Stage 5, we'll be delivering our zero-fluff, action packed marketing strategies that will keep new leads coming into your business every single round. We'll cover the basics, the not-so-basics, and everything in between.
By the end of Stage 5, you'll have the complete picture of online course marketing. You'll know how to market, sell and talk about your online course, and have control over your entire marketing strategy. We take a no-cookie-cutter approach to marketing, instead we've designed marketing models to follow that support you through your launch and beyond.

It's time for your well deserved break from all the wonderful knowledge we've been filling your noggin with. Las stage you worked to launch your pilot round and now it's time to run it! You'll have plenty to do, with a small cohort of students to manage while continuing to create your amazing course content. During this time we advise you to concentrate on your pilot round instead of consuming more of our content. But of course we'll be here to support you while you're supporting your new students.
There will be scheduled live Q&A times, where you'll be able to get the mentoring and coaching you need.
